About

Victory Mamas is a community that offers a place to learn generational knowledge and traditional homemaking skills. It aims to unite women and mothers around protecting the heritage of American culture, preserving traditional values. It was founded in Hayden, Idaho and serves the greater Coeur d' Alene area. Chapters in Phoenix, Arizona and Central Washington State are being formed.
  • Skillshares can cover a range of homemaking and homesteading topics.

  • From Home First Aid to Sourdough to Hunting – self-sufficiency and traditional skills and values are what fuel this community.

  • I started Victory Mamas out of my living room.

I'm Danika, a young stay at home mother of three. All I had was some long held ideas that needed to be released from my mind, and a bread recipe I had perfected over ten years that I learned from my mother.

I was looking for someone to teach me homemaking and homesteading skills, like a grandma I never had. As a new mom, I also wanted to find likeminded fellow moms to lean on in the trenches of motherhood with.

  • It quickly gained popularity and classes began to fill in minutes.

As time went on, I found that many women were wanting the exact same thing that I was, and it was part of a larger movement happening across the country.

Women all over are returning to their homes and looking to add the skills that were lost over generations.

If you're interested in starting a Victory Mamas chapter of your own, send an email via the contact box. I'd love to make it happen.

Like the grandma you never had.

  • Traditional skills and generational knowledge you missed out on doesn't have to come from YouTube.

  • There are local women all over who can teach you the skills you want to learn and Victory Mamas will connect you.
